BEFORE YOU RETURN THE GOODS
Any items that arrive broken or faulty will be replaced or refunded and shipping costs will be covered
If you are unhappy with any of your purchases, you can return them for a store credit or exchange your item for a different size or product providing is it the same price as your original purchase. All associated shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org advising which item you would like to exchange and your alternative size/product. All shipping costs will be at the buyers expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Mobiderm Australia is not liable for any loss, damage or delay arising from, or in connection with, the transport and return of goods to Medical Rehab Pty Ltd It is recommended to ship goods using Australia Post or an equivalent secure postal service and ensure a tracking number is provided. If tracking is not purchased and a parcel being returned is delayed or lost, this is not the responsibility of Mobiderm Australia and must be taken up directly with the chosen postal service provider.
Our policy lasts 10 days from receipt of goods. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.
No returns on sample or sale items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Late or missing refunds
